The process
Step by step
- 01
Discover
We learn your business, audience, goals and constraints.
- What happens
- A discovery call and a short questionnaire. We review what you already have — brand, website, channels, data — and agree on what success looks like.
- Your role
- Share goals, access to existing assets and your key decision-makers.
- Output
- A shared understanding of goals, scope and priorities.
- 02
Strategize
We turn goals into a plan with clear priorities.
- What happens
- Positioning, audience, channels, sitemap or campaign structure — whatever the project needs. You see the plan before any production starts.
- Your role
- Review the plan and confirm priorities.
- Output
- A written strategy and an agreed scope, timeline and quote.
- 03
Design
We design the brand, interface or creative.
- What happens
- Concepts first, then refinement. Designs are shared in reviewable form so feedback is specific and fast.
- Your role
- Give consolidated feedback within the agreed review rounds.
- Output
- Approved designs ready for production.
- 04
Build
We develop, write and produce.
- What happens
- Websites, apps, content, campaigns and automations are built and tested against the agreed scope.
- Your role
- Provide content and approvals on time.
- Output
- A tested, ready-to-launch deliverable.
- 05
Launch
We go live carefully.
- What happens
- Pre-launch checks, tracking set-up, redirects where needed and a monitored release.
- Your role
- Give final sign-off.
- Output
- A live product with analytics in place.
- 06
Grow
We measure, learn and improve.
- What happens
- Reporting, optimisation and ongoing SEO, marketing or maintenance for clients who continue with us.
- Your role
- Review reports and decide next priorities with us.
- Output
- Regular reports and a prioritised improvement plan.

FAQ
Questions about working with us
What's the difference between a project and a monthly retainer?
A project has a fixed scope, timeline and price — a website or a brand identity, for example. A monthly retainer covers ongoing work such as SEO, social media or advertising, with a plan and report every month.
How do we get started?
Tell us about your project through the Start a Project form or ask for a discovery call. We'll learn about your goals, then send a proposal with scope, timeline and price. See how we work for the full process.
Can we sign an NDA?
Yes. We're happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share confidential details about your business or project.
Who owns the work when the project is finished?
You do. Ownership of the final deliverables — designs, code and content created for you — transfers to you after the final payment.
How will we communicate during the project?
We use WhatsApp, email and video calls on Google Meet or Zoom, and agree on a regular update schedule at the start of every project.
How do you work across time zones?
We're based in Bangladesh (GMT+6). Our working day overlaps with mornings in the UK and Europe, the Gulf's working day and afternoons in Australia and much of Asia. With clients in the Americas we agree on call times that suit both sides, and weekly written updates keep the project moving between calls.
