## Steps

### 1. Discover

A discovery call and a short questionnaire. We review what you already have — brand, website, channels, data — and agree on what success looks like.

- **Your role:** Share goals, access to existing assets and your key decision-makers.
- **Output:** A shared understanding of goals, scope and priorities.

### 2. Strategize

Positioning, audience, channels, sitemap or campaign structure — whatever the project needs. You see the plan before any production starts.

- **Your role:** Review the plan and confirm priorities.
- **Output:** A written strategy and an agreed scope, timeline and quote.

### 3. Design

Concepts first, then refinement. Designs are shared in reviewable form so feedback is specific and fast.

- **Your role:** Give consolidated feedback within the agreed review rounds.
- **Output:** Approved designs ready for production.

### 4. Build

Websites, apps, content, campaigns and automations are built and tested against the agreed scope.

- **Your role:** Provide content and approvals on time.
- **Output:** A tested, ready-to-launch deliverable.

### 5. Launch

Pre-launch checks, tracking set-up, redirects where needed and a monitored release.

- **Your role:** Give final sign-off.
- **Output:** A live product with analytics in place.

### 6. Grow

Reporting, optimisation and ongoing SEO, marketing or maintenance for clients who continue with us.

- **Your role:** Review reports and decide next priorities with us.
- **Output:** Regular reports and a prioritised improvement plan.

## Ways to work together

- **Fixed-scope project**: A defined deliverable — a brand identity, a website, an app — with an agreed scope, timeline and price.
- **Monthly retainer**: Ongoing work billed monthly, with a monthly plan and report.

## International clients

- We work remotely with clients around the world. Here is how that works.
- We're in Bangladesh (GMT+6). Our working day overlaps with mornings in the UK and Europe, the Gulf's working day and afternoons in Australia and much of Asia. With the Americas we agree on call times that suit both sides.
- All communication, documentation and reporting is in English.
- We sign an NDA before you share confidential information, and every project runs on a written agreement.
- Ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you after the final payment.
- International projects are quoted and invoiced in USD.
