### Do you work with international clients?

### How much does a project cost?

Our [pricing page](https://oravol.com/pricing) lists our packages. The final price depends on scope, the number of pages or features, integrations and timeline, so you receive a fixed quote after a short discovery call.

### Which currency are prices in?

We quote and invoice in US dollars. Listed prices are starting prices, and every project is confirmed in a written quote.

### What's the difference between a project and a monthly retainer?

A project has a fixed scope, timeline and price — a website or a brand identity, for example. A monthly retainer covers ongoing work such as SEO, social media or advertising, with a plan and report every month.

### How do we get started?

### Can we sign an NDA?

Yes. We're happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share confidential details about your business or project.

### Who owns the work when the project is finished?

You do. Ownership of the final deliverables — designs, code and content created for you — transfers to you after the final payment.

### How will we communicate during the project?

We use WhatsApp, email and video calls on Google Meet or Zoom, and agree on a regular update schedule at the start of every project.

### How do you work across time zones?

We're based in Bangladesh (GMT+6). Our working day overlaps with mornings in the UK and Europe, the Gulf's working day and afternoons in Australia and much of Asia. With clients in the Americas we agree on call times that suit both sides, and weekly written updates keep the project moving between calls.

### What does the free audit include?

Choose a Website & SEO, Google Business Profile or Social Media audit. Our team reviews it by hand and sends you the findings with clear next steps. We accept one request per business every 30 days.

### What are AEO and GEO?

### Do you offer support after launch?

Yes. We offer website maintenance for updates, backups, security and small changes, and ongoing retainers for SEO and marketing.
